Are transactions refundable?
All transactions on OUFA Exchange are final and non-refundable once completed. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, confirmed transactions cannot be reversed.

What happens after completing a transaction?
After a transaction is successfully processed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

User Responsibility
Users must ensure that all details provided, including wallet addresses and payment information, are accurate before confirming any transaction. OUFA Exchange is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information.

What if a transaction fails?
If a transaction fails or is not completed due to a system error, we may review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or balance correction.

Payment Issues
If a payment is made but not received due to technical or third-party issues, we will investigate the case and resolve it accordingly.

Fraud and Abuse
Any fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or use of unauthorized payment methods will result in account suspension and no refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks
Users are strictly prohibited from initiating chargebacks after completing a transaction. Any chargeback attempt may result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
